We connect your site to live MLS data and operate as your authorized technology vendor, sourcing the feed on your behalf. One connection powers two experiences: IDX — the public "search homes" experience, active listings, no login; and VOW — a registered-client portal where your logged-in buyer sees deeper data (sold history, price changes, and, where your MLS permits, expired and off-market listings).
We offer it as an add-on rather than bundling it because the underlying fees are set by your MLS, not by us, and they vary widely by market. You pay a per-feed data-access fee passed through at our cost, plus your MLS's own data-license / participation fees, billed at cost. We can't honestly promise a flat "included" price when the real number depends on your MLS.
